I never even heard of this one Ken and very nicely captured guy!
 
That made me chuckle, Ken. Whatever it is, it is very handsome.
 
KC, Kaufman says these hawks are only in South East Texas along the Gulf coast, on ranches and coastal prairies--Which is cool, I get to travel there often.
