White-tailed Jay (Cyanocorax mystacalis)

This is an adult with the yellow eye and the more extensive white above it. I am not sure what it is doing with the feathers on its crown and neck.

The local name is supposed to be Jorupe and it is therefore the species that gave name to the Reserve in which I took this photo.
