I finally made it out to Anahuac. I managed to get a couple of good shots of one of the Mississippi Kites that were patrolling the area. There were several Northern Harriers around as well.

After further review, the species identification has been over ruled. White-tailed kite is the correct call. Ken will not be charged a time out.
