White-throated Dipper (Cinclus cinclus)

This saturday january 12th 2019, in Burgundy, spent nearly 4 hours watching a couple of White-throated Dippers, build a nest under a bridge. Diving, picking up moss on the walls by the river, and bringing it back to this little hole in the bridge pile. This one was one of them.

Oh wonderful AB!!!!! My favourite river species this one (in fact for a long time my favourite bird!!!)

The do love nesting under bridges, don't they!
