In order to appreciate the art of the photographer to the fullest extent, I step into this picture and, moving softly to avoid disturbing the bird, walk across the sand and through the water to the rock at the back of the scene. I get wet, of course, but I dont mind that. Turning around, I can now see the bird, I can now see Georgina, camera in hand, held up to her eye. She's hoping that the bird will strike the perfect pose and that she can click the shutter at the perfect moment to capture it.
Did it? Did she?
It did. She did.
Great shot, G.
Lovely.
