White-whiskered Hermit (Phaethornis yaruqui)

Another of the seemingly endless variety of tropical hummingbirds, this one inhabits lowlands and foothills on the west slope of the Andes. The hermits have distinctive head striping that allows fairly quick identification. (After saying that, I certainly hope I got the ID correct)
