White-winged Parakeet (Brotogeris versicolurus) The white wings are conspicuous when flying but conspicuously yellow when sitting. Photographed perched in a fig tree in Parque Muoz Rivera on the northeastern edge of the Islet of San Juan, east of Old San Juan, Puerto Rico, USA on the Atlantic Ocean side. Urban park planted with cultivated trees, shrubs, vines, and flowers at ca. 8 m (26 ft) elevation.
