Whooping Cranes, Sandhill Crane
These whooping cranes were minding their own business, patiently letting me take pictures of them from 200 yards away. The sandhill decided it wanted in on the picture too. I've only been into the bird photography hobby for about 3 years now and haven't made it to Aransas in the winter for the whooping cranes until this week, so this is a lifer for me. Magnificent creatures.
