Wild Turkey (Meleagris gallopavo)

We counted 50 of these turkeys at one of our state parks last week. I had to laugh when we noticed the hens were outnumbered and totally ignored all the toms.

Lol, the males do have some extravagant displays! Great capture of these two. It seems the Toms spend more time trying to impressive each other opposed to trying to impress the hens! Brilliant work Vicki!!!!
 
They have some nice feathers in their bodywork...Super double capture Vicki.
