Will you let me eat?! (Falco peregrinus)

The male was sitting on the church when I got there. However, as I was getting the camera ready it flew off and dissappeared over the buildings.
A short while later the female flew in towards the church, carrying a pigeon she had recently killed. As I watched her, all she did whilst sitting on one of the spires was look around and call a few times. Briefly, the male flew in, but departed very soon afterwards. The peregrine looked like she was constantly getting distracted by something. Eventually it seemed she had enough, and flew off to try to eat peacefully somewhere else...
