Willow Warbler Fledglings
Category: Once in a lifetime.

I had never seen anything that cute before and haven't seen it again. Only once, on a very hot day in July 2013 on a clearing (is the prep. "on" correct here?) in a nearby forest, a place where we often have a rest on our bike trips, we found a parent with five little chicks, dozing in the heat of the summer afternoon. An absolutely lovely and delightful scene.

you are so lucky you get to enjoy such cutie pies, for some reason Willow warblers are among my most loved birds. we only get to see them when they pass by these days.
