Willow Warbler
Not really sure re the id now,having seen Pete's shot of the same species.This bird does have lots of greeny yellow plumage.
Hopefully someone will confirm.

The easiest way is to hear em. If this one was going 'cheep cheep cheep cheep cheep' in alternating high and low pitch then it's a Chiffchaff if it sounded more like a song it'd be a Willow.
 
thanks all,for your lovely comments.Had another try this morning but he was too high in the tree,and the sun was directly overhead.Several of this species in the area at the moment.
