Willow Warbler

Differentiating between a chiffchaff & a willow warbler is always difficult at the best of times. I hope the pale feet of this one serve to confirm its identity as a willow warbler.

See photos & birdsong of willow warblers on my website: http://homepage.swissonline.ch/ken.billington/mybirds.htm

Location
Gubbeen, West Cork
Date taken
25th July 2008

I would say willow warbler, but not sure (am rubbish with warblers). A great shot though, with super detail and excellent composition, well done.

Only way I ever know for sure is when they are singing. Nice capture!
