Post Oak Savannah vegetation area, margin of a shallow lake bordered by an open manicured park with a few scattered post oak woodlands at ca. 91 m (300 ft) elevation.

A favorite bird of mine since I was young, we used to watch them winnow and nest in the pastures near us, now long ago "developed". This is an extraordinary catch Stanley, I applaud!
