Wolf in Finland (Canis lupus)

I was two times in spring and summer photographing wolves, bears and wolverines in East of Finland. This place is border-area near Russia. There are lot of wild animals. I waited in little hidden cottage over night and I saw my first wolf when the sun was still shining at 9.25 pm. I got plenty of photos of it.

Wow Ari!!! What an evocative and atmospheric shot. Not only a Wolf but the setting is perfect for this fantastic animal. This is wildlife photography. Straight to my favourites. Thanks Ari. :t:

One of the better wolf images Ive seen, Ari. These wolf hide shots doesnt always look so good. I have heard a rumour that some guys have taken brilliant at Mynmki. Havent seen the shots. The place I live is the hottest wolf place in Finland if we count out the eastrern border. It is a bit hysteric sometimes. Children get "wolf busses" to school they or their parents are so scared. Farmers have shot guns and rifles in tractors hoping to get lucky. :C
