Wood Ducklings with Mom (Aix sponsa)

Usually there are only adult ducks swimming in the the tanks at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. There is a wall that's about 4 feet tall that surrounds these tanks. Just inside the wall is the effluent channel. it's a mystery to me how ducklings who can't fly yet could have gotten into this area.
