The wood pigeon writes:

Dear Ms Kits,

Just a wood pigeon! Just a wood pigeon!
What do you mean, Madam?
I greatly resent this pejorative use of the
word 'just'. Is it your intention to imply that
I am somehow less of a bird than your
previously-posted blue tits? That
because I can not hang upside-down
and look cute at a feeder I am in some way
inferior to those so-called little sweeties
who can?

Well, Madam, I can assure you that I am
not, and I shall have my revenge. The very
next time you're off out on the razzle, wearing
your nice new heels and LBD Beware!
For I shall be circling overhead and taking
a very careful aim.
Just a wood pigeon! Pah!
