I don't want to call it cheating, but Assamo was surrounded by desert, mountains and a dry river bed. In this village with maybe 8 houses there was a well with a leaking tap.

A tree/ bush next to it and it was full of Yellow-breasted Barbets and Rppell's weavers and not really much option for them to fly away as there was both food and water on this spot. So taking pictures was a pleasure.
