Even if the information is in the title, it needs to be tagged. The most important tags are Common Name, Scientific Name, and Location, at a minimum.

I don't know how to place a common name tag. I assume that is what is missing.

You would place a common name tag the same as any other tag.

Click on the "luggage tags" icon to the immediate left of the line where the tags will appear.

Simply type in the common name. You will see possibly a list of tags that have been
previously entered. You can choose one of those, or place a comma after what you've typed which will make that into a tag. Then be sure to click save before you exit that screen. Try it, you can't break it. If you make a mistake you can't fix, let me know?
