EDIT: Oh I've just realised that, although you've used the correct common name, the scientific name goes to Yellow-throated Tinkerbird, which isn't found in The Gambia!!, so we're still missing pictures of that species.
I've now amended the scientific name, I hope you don't mind.
Hi Delia. No surprise to me that this somewhat enigmatic bird (hard to trace) never appeared on Birdforum. I'll upload 2 more pictures, that might show the yellow patch on its front
