Yellow Wagtail
The Wagtails are quite a confusing lot. Here in Japan, we get Grey Wagtail, the occasional Citrine Wagtail and at least 4 subspecies of this charmer, the Yellow Wagtail. By the color pattern, I'd guess this a young female of the M. flava taivana subspecies.
