I found this little guy on the bank of the Yellowstone River as it flows through Billings.

Thank you all. Actaully, he wasn't that easy to spot. I heard him several minutes before I saw him and just stayed very still and, luckily, he chose this nearby snag to perch on for a few seconds, long enough for me to grab this shot.
