I think this may be a female, as there was another bird, obviously male. Thoughts?

Anyway.... after our rather grousy lunch stop, we headed down to Aberfeldy, then up over the hills again to Loch Tummel (anyone know the Road to the Isles song? http://ingeb.org/songs/throadto.html

We took the quieter back road, stopping occasionally to scan. When I suddenly heard (again) the song of a Wood Warbler in a place where we could stop. We did see it up in the trees, but moving far too quickly for me to get a picture.

We then parted company with Andy and I took Gillian and Ian to Loch of the Lowes. Their main object, of course was to see an Osprety.

But first we sat by the picture window watching the birds coming and going to the feeders.

Soooo.... TTTW

Nice capture and tune Delia but prefer the lyrics to Billy Connolly's parody Leo McGuire's Song . LOL

It is a lovely bird you have captured here Delia, sounds as though you have had a really good birding spell. Sorry about the Wood Warbler they are stunning little birds.
