Young Lesser Blacked-backed Gull (Larus fuscus)

Taken at the local Reservoirs, I had to check it was a young LBB Gull before posting. I know it's not a pin sharp picture, but I like it anyway.|=)|

hi chris,

nice shot of a starting juvenile gull. it is not a herring gull though but a juvenile lesser black-backed gull due to lack of paler inner primaries. they look all dark and outer greater coverts are blackish as well.
