Young Thrush.

Now its well known that this is Brenda's favorite bird and many of you have posted your images of them to her, and many have emailed or mailed wonderful images of your own Thrushes for which Brenda and I have been moved by this fact. Well while photographing the Starlings and Cherries the other day out of the blue this beautiful young Thrush landed in the Birch tree I was allowed five quick frames not able to avoid the intervening branches, but I always think "well" thats where it landed so take what you can get, so no excuses for the out of focus intrusion. So for all the kind people who spoilt Brenda with your Thrush images here is one back!! cheers Ken.

A cracking shot Ken, I hope you invited it to your
woodland studio for a proper portrait mate!

Well spotted, Ken. A super shot of a bird which is far too rare nowadays.

Lovely image Ken, Brenda must have been pleased to have had such a beautiful bird, in her own back garden.

You must pop over soon Ken, the Little Owls showed so well on Saturday, would be delighted for you to get some shots.
