Puna scrub with small patches of Polylepis forest at 3,256 m (10, 682 ft) elevation.
Location
Abra Malaga, near Ollantaytambo, Cusco Department, Per. Mountain pass on the South American Continental Divide overlooking the Sacred Valley.
