California Quail in UK (1 Viewer)

Hi all, newbie here. I have just seen and photographed a California Quail on my bird table near Bath, UK. Is this very unusual?

Sure looks like a California Quail to me (I lived in California, Oregon where they are plentiful).

Just checked recent Avon Bird Reports. A female California Quail was reported at High Littleton (12km SW of Bath) on 12 Jun 2010. Someone local seems to be losing them!
