Zucker, Harvey, Oswald, Cuervo, Derryberry & Brumfield (in press). The Mouse-colored Tyrannulet (Phaeomyias murina) is a species complex that includes the Cocos Flycatcher (Nesotriccus ridgwayi), an island form that underwent a population bottleneck. Mol Phylogenet Evol. [abstract] [Fig 1]

At least five clades/species:

• murina, 'ignobilis', wagae (Southern Mouse-colored Tyrannulet?)
• incomta, eremonoma (Northern Mouse-colored Tyrannulet?)
• ridgwayi (Cocos Flycatcher/Tyrannulet?)
• maranonica (Marañón Tyrannulet?)
• tumbezana, inflava (Tumbes Tyrannulet?)

Fitzpatrick 2004 (HBW 9):

• Mouse-colored Tyrannulet (Phaeomyias murina)
• Cocos Flycatcher (Nesotriccus ridgwayi)

Thus, Phaeomyias become a synomym of Nesotriccus, which has priority over Phaeomyias ?

Yes, assuming there is no flaw in the study, all these continental Dusky-fly-ers will have to become Island-birds...
It may seem to be a pity (as it is a pity to see all those orthorhynchous plovers now being called Anarhynchus), but Art. 18 of the ICZN leaves no room for any other option.

(Unless we forgot about both names, at least. Make all of them [Dusky-fly-ers and Island-birds] Leaf-fly-ers, instead...? Or even Gulpers-of-gnats? [The latter seems to have precedence, see imprint dates at the foot of p.49 and p.57.])

In Priority! it says whole volume Schreivögel should be dated 1860. (C. Quaisser & Edward Dickinson) It cites :

Tyrannulets: Zucker et al. (2016) found that Nesotriccus is embedded in Phaeomyias and that both are very closely related to Phyllomyias. Accordingly, I have merged Nesotriccus (Cocos Flycatcher) and Phaeomyias into Phyllomyias. It would not be unreasonable to go a step further and merge the monotypic Capsiempis with Phyllomyias. However, both names have equal priority and need a first reviser action to decide between them. Since there's not a strong need to merge them, it can wait.

Also based on Zucker et al. (2016), the Mouse-colored Tyrannulet, formerly Phaeomyias murina, has been split into Amazonian Mouse-colored Tyrannulet, Phyllomyias murinus, including wagae, and Northern Mouse-colored Tyrannulet, Phyllomyias incomtus, including eremonomus.

Note that if Boyd decides to merge these three genera into one, it would be Capsiempis because Capsiempis (dated "16, september 1859") predate Phyllomyias (dated "23, september 1859"), both names has been created by Cabanis & Heine.
