Unknown bird in Budapest (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I keep hearing this bird for a few days now, starting from 5 in the morning, throughout the day.
It annoys me quite a bit, because I'd like to know what bird it is
I've tried to ID the bird with mobile app, but it didn't help. Can someone please try to help identify this bird?
