I fairly certain it is a Common buzzard, but I'm not certain that I could exclude an aberrant juvenile Marsh harrier. Either way, it isn't a STE, which I guess would be a major rarity in Belgium?

There is a 100% sure circaetus gallicus sighted today and last days.

5 obvious primaries in the second picture, so I think Common buzzard is correct.

The latest image certainly looks like STE though (disproportionately large pale head contrasting with darker mantle)!

STE for me in the tree but not in the flight shots.

Agreed. Flight shots show a Buzzard, sitting bird looks good for STE
