I think the bird Alexander is referring to must be a Yellow-bellied Sapsucker.

Possible Northern Waterthrush between the Canada Goose and Scarlet Tanager below left?
Eastern Kingbird right below the Whooping Crane head.
Brown-headed Cowbird at the Great Blue Heron's bill.
I'm pretty sure the woodpecker is not Pileated but rather Ivory-billed.
I'd also suggest Red-tailed over Swainson's for the hawk.
I'm really puzzled by that passerine just right of center with the yellowish underwings and undertail. Any chance of Red-eyed Vireo?

I agree with the Rose-breasted Grosbeak and the Belted Kingfisher good calls.
We had another go and had come up with the Red-eyed Vireo and the Eastern Kingbird. Glad that others agree.
Yellow bellied Sapsucker is a good call, the illustration in Sibley isn't that yellow but should have noticed the name!
I had thought of Cowbird but isn't the yellow beak wrong? Maybe one of the Dark-eyed Juncos?
I don't want to get into the Ivory billed Woodpecker rabbit hole! It isn't even in my Sibley! EDIT: Just found Ivory-billed in the extinct section and I have to agree.

Thank you birdmeister, better not to comment when I havent experience with all species in the area.
But: the colours of body and head looked so good for a Barn Swallow: the right glossy black, the right red on the throat and the right yellow tone for this species (belly is variable, ok).
Quiz for all European based birders: paint all these three colours on a piece of paper, and ask another, which bird he or she is thinking of. And the answer is?

But surely it would have had the long tail streamers (and different wing shape jizz) if it were that species?? Our artist friend has been at pains to try and capture such (geometrically) for the others ...

I think the meadowlark is an eastern. White at the base of the bill.
Not sure about the swallow either. The color looks better for violet-green.
Still wondering about the bird NW of the tanager, but I guess Waterthrush is the best we've got.

Still not convinced about the bird above the heron's bill, the bill colour is wrong for cowbird. Some sort of Junco but they appear to be so variable.
The waterthrush looks good apart from the colour, the illustrations don't look that yellow.

Also not a woodpecker's wedge-shaped tail either! I can't see where Yellow-bellied Sapsucker is coming from, a red crown spot and yellow back just looks wrong. Difficult to think of other options, but several Tyrannidae have a red crown spot, as do some Parulid warblers (Leiothlypis spp.).
