Red shouldered hawk or red-tailed hawk in Galloway New Jersey (1 Viewer)

Looking at the tail feathers I'm leaning towards red shoulder hawk. Thank you for your help

I would just add that two other features visible in this photo are the heavily barred secondaries and the lack of a pattern to the whitish back mottling. Red-tailed often shows a pale "V" across the back.
