Hi Rob,
No, for me this is a large pipit (note the lack of flank streaking, for one thing), and the greater covert pattern, with more pointed centres, makes me suspect Richard's Pipit, even though it doesn't look particularly huge.

Agree with Harry, a 1st-w Richard's Pipit, readily aged by (worn) white-tipped lower row of lesser coverts, outer greater coverts and upper and lowest tertial (T1 & T3), all retained juvenile feathers. It has replaced (adult type) medians, 2 innermost greater coverts and middle trail (T2).
