I've got these 4 pics of lizzards taken on a trip to Ethiopia in the summer 3 years ago. I would be very grateful if anyone could identify any of them.
1. Lalibela area
2,3,4-. Southern Ethiopia, near Omo NP.

I don't think I can help directly. I find it confusing and there are a number of very similar species.

The best thing is to try this website Herpetology of Ethiopia and Eritrea
This can give very good info.

Also note the email on the home page. I have sent photos in the past of observations and got a very quick response
