Dear Members and Bird watchers

Arrived to the south of Sweden yesterday. I come here to stay in hide to look for birds of prey. Anyway, I drove along the road and I counted to more than 20 birds of prey, only Common Buzzards and Red Kites what I could ID.

I have had help here before with the Common Buzzard when I spotted an almost white Common Buzzard. And I really find them hard to ID as I see black all the way to light brown.

The are not scared, they just sit next to the road until you try to stop, then they take off immediately. I managed to stop to get two different birds yesterday, it was getting dark so it is a crazy ISO speed. So not so good pictures, but I have ID these two birds as Common Buzzards.

Anyone know if I am right with my ID of the attached pictures.

Kind Regards and happy birding
Aladdin

They do vary from pale to darker, with the paler form more common to the east of their range.
