There’s more to that than just the change quoted; the new edition, the 10th, incorporates all the changes that the BOU have made to the List since the 9th edition was published in 2018, during which time, the List has increased from 614 to 628 species. And three days later, the BOU add Zino’s Petrel to the List, making 629 in total………!!!!!
