Female Harrier, Armenia 3 June (1 Viewer)

There were several Montagu's Harrier at this location at 2300m asl that gave us a wonderful spectacle of skirmishes, food passes, sky dancing etc. This particular female stood out from the others and had me wondering about Pallid. Thanks in advance for any comments.

Why not sec cal year Monty with lot of white around eye and juvenile secondaries?
Just returned to this thread as I realised I was too fast in my previous reply and 2cy can show dark secondaries with adult type underparts. I do wonder however how common is it for 2cy Monty to not moult any underwing coverts?
