Unknown vireo? Virginia mountains, US (1 Viewer)

Found in Shenandoah Valley western edge mountains (near Elliot Knob, VA), prob around 2500-3000' ASL a week or so ago.
Philadelphia Vireo? Red-eyed V? Not sure if the yellow neck is artifact (lighting) or real.

Ahhhh, yessss. How did I miss that?!!
And very possible since I just went back and checked time etc. and it was lower elev (trailhead prob around 2000' ASL) and along a creek/shrubby section that would be very typical for this species. If you are in MD you might know Elliot Knob and surroundings?

NW of Staunton. 3rd highest peak in state, so interesting habitat/birds. E.g. Canada Warblers, etc.

Worm-eating was my initial impression as well

Having never heard of this Warbler I had to google it. It sure is a great looking Warbler but it doesn't eat worms Do eat caterpillars though.
