I can't post? In order to post in the forums you need to have a registered Birdforum account, have activated your account by clicking on the activation link in the Email we sent when you created your account, and be logged in.

To start a new thread you must be on a particular forum page, not the main forum page. Once you have entered a forum, there are large red buttons entitled 'New Thread' above and below the list of other threads in that forum, click on either of these red button to create a thread in that forum. To reply to a thread, you must be viewing that thread.

I cannot see attachments and/or large photos in the gallery? Your are not a logged-in.

I cannot edit or delete my post or thread? To preserve the integrity of forum discussions, members have 24hrs from time of posting to edit or delete their post. After 24hrs have elapsed, only staff/moderators will be able to implement any changes. Threads cannot be deleted at any time by a member, so again you will need to contact staff/moderator to remove it for you.

Staff/moderators will judge whether removal or editing is appropriate. If removal effects other members who have contributed to the thread, then very good reason will be needed.

It says my email address has been banned when I am trying to register? Due to abusive registrations, mainly spammers, we block registrations from particular email domains. Supply an alternate email address to successfully register or 'Contact Us' . We do not allow disposable email addresses because they do not give us a way to contact you if there is a problem with your account and because it can be a sign that you won't take responsibility for your posts.
