    Thanks for your responses guys. It's not a Grey streaked as I have photographed them several times including last week. Also it's a bit big to be a Narcissus or even Ryukyu Flycatcher. A very reliable source has confirmed it is a female Blue and White Flycatcher which I felt it could be but also...

    2 birds from Okinawa, Japan

    Hi. It's a Northern Shoveler and a Juvenile Scaly Breasted Munia / Spotted Munia. Both are common birds here. The former is a winter visitor and the Munia is resident!
