    I took this a couple of years ago at minsmere and thought it was a whitethroat , looking again I now think its a warbler -possibly marsh ? anyone help out please .

    Thanks for the heads up Dave . I have never tried crop on the r5 before and thought it would be like my old full frames ie a greyed out area . Much better now. I thought I was old and senile and I've just proved it!

    The viewfinder size is as Roy said 5088x 3392 so 17m. An interesting point dave brought up is eye af in crop mode . Will it actually be any different because the amount of pixels on the eye should be the same ? If the pixels are the same , the camera will have exactly the same information...
