    Sites for Northern Damselfly?

    You will definately see Northern Damselfly on the approach road to Loch Garten from the B970 at NH966,193. It is a small pool on the right hand side of the road heading east with a short boardwalk. Myself and a mate saw 20+ in poor conditions. Unsure on Brilliant Emerald. Good luck.

    No Waxwings in Sussex.......yet??

    A flock of 50 Waxwings have been present in Seaford for a few days now, also in Horsham, Hailsham, Fairlight today. Still plenty of time yet for more.

    Going to Mid Wales early October

    Hi Phil, Dinas RSPB is a great place to visit, Dippers along the river, Red Grouse on the hilltops and a very scenic drive aswell. Elan Valley is another great place with reservoir after reservoir. These could hold Goosander and Goldeneye with Hen Harriers patrolling the grasslands. The coast...
