sorry to bother you all again well ive been paid and getting some bins this weekend. But still stuck one which ones narrowed it down to about 3-4
Any advice on which ones would be best would be great
1. Opticron Discovery 10x42 MAG WA
'2010 model'
2.Vortex Crossfire 10x42 or 10x32...

Well think ive decided on getting Vortex but which ones. (But do like Nikon monarchs tho)
Either be the Diamondback 9x36 or Crossfire 8x42/10x42
Anybody used the above or can give me an advice on them.

Ive emailed a shop recently for there advice and they pointed me in the direction of these Opticron Discovery 8x42 MG WA's they are hard to better at that price range.

Just been looking around and found Nikon Sporter EX 8x42 for £125 Any good?
Also been looking and like the look or Vortex, but which is the better ones, Viper,crossfires etc

Thanks guys for your replies. Suppose your right Ron would prefer a new modern pair, but am fully aware the old school bins are just as good. My scope is fairly old and its the best ive ever had.

New to forum and wondering if anybody can help.
Im after a new pair of Binoculars prefer 10x42 but would consider 8x42.
Mainly use them for bird watching and plane watching.
