    Thanks all, most helpful. Osprey was obviously most unlikely, but still, biggest buzzard I've ever seen, and unusual to have no characteristic chest markings.

    Seen on Bodmin Moor, Cornwall, UK, today. Sorry photo isn't better, only saw it quickly from car. For context, it is very large, body close to twice the size of a buzzard, I would say. Breast creamy white with no spots or bars. Osprey??

    Crow or Raven? (Bodmin Moor)

    Ravens are quite common on the moor, just not sure it’s big enough. Also, in some shots, the eyes look blue.
