    It would probably be secondary to birding itself. How much we'd want to spend on lenses depends on how much she gets into the photography. She's expressed an interest but hasn't yet had the opportunity to try it properly. On that basis I guess it is uncertain to answer Niels. I'd say walkabout...

    To be clear, I'm aware the budget won't get a lens. I'm looking for the camera only for that. The lens will come later so that is why it is a consideration.
