I'd like to submit you, this interesting french "Hen harrier" type... IMO, this bird present several traits who can indicate an hybrid origine. Maybe Montagu's X Hen ?

Yes for sure in comparison with Herring Gull ! All this birds were attract our attention but were considered in situ to be Caspian Gull... My post was to consult some more expert gull watcher ! Thanks for your reply !

I'm not convinced by the LLB identification... Due to the pattern of the tail, with a prominent black terminal band and the black band of trailing edges of the wing, this bird is an adult. And, as I know, LLB of rufinus subspecies don't present this black terminal band (only in the black morph...
Clearly not a Little Bunting IMO : no rusty tone on the head and mantle, no black stripe on the head... I'm seeing only one tertial, and the pattern of this one fit Corn Bunting, and no other species of bunting...
