Hey, this is a great pic of a species I've yet to see, they are not found commonly as far north as Glasgow. Very nice bird with striking looks which remind me of shrike.
As far as I'm aware this can only be either a Common Guillemot or a Razorbill.
I believe it is Razorbill for these reasons,
