Any idea what this is? - Port Adelaide, South Australia

Not the Shoveler in the foreground, the Sandpiper looking one. A bit far away so the pics are not the best. Cheers, Mick

    Noisy Miner - South Australia - 28/1/22

I'm pretty confident this is a Noisy Miner, but is there a reason for the lack of yellow around the eye? Looked at juvenile pictures and they still seem to have the yellow bit around the eye.

Some type of Finch? Port Adelaide, South Australia - 22/1/22

Distant shot and the bird is a little wet and bedraggled. Anyone got any ideas?

What Egret is this, Goolwa Barrage, South Australia, 20/01/22

Thanks everyone, the only reason I though maybe an intermediate was eBird (I know, but I'm new at this!) reported sightings of an intermediate Egret in the area, so it cast doubt in my mind. Cheers, Mick

What Egret is this, Goolwa Barrage, South Australia, 20/01/22

Smaller than a Great Egret, one of which showed up later, but seems larger than a Little Egret.... Possibly Intermediate, or is it just a juvenile?
