Hi, fellow bird art lovers!
I know this is not the 'for sale' forum, so I won't go into details, but I have two original Tim Wootton water colours for sale. I've posted a message on the appropriate forum:

It's a shame they are gathering dust...
Thanks both! However, the plot thickens. This image shows the bird. It was taken by another birder who was there when I discovered the bird. He kindly emailed me the picture later in the day. The problem is: it shows a much greener bird than how I remember it... Some of the green is the result...
Hi all,
I recorded this Chiffchaff on my local patch in York this morning. Sounds good for Siberian Chiffchaff (Tristis)? Notably the bird was rather greyish on top and white underneath, with pitch black legs. But these Chiffchaffs are tricky!
Any opinions appreciated.
Thanks,
Jan
Hi Ed,
As a Dutch national dwelling on the British Isles I don't know if I am allowed to respond... your anti-island attitude puzzles me just as much as your description of the bird. However, your last photograph definitely shows a Common Whitetroat (or 'Grass Sparrow' as you call them!)...
Hello fellow bird art lovers,
I recently managed to buy two rare signed Archibald Thorburn prints, but I have no place for them in the house at the moment. Because they are quite valuable I've offered them for sale on the classifieds forum of this website. Just lowered the price. Anyone...
It must be on it's holidays! Oosterpark is a typical urban park, full of feral pigeons and 'soep eenden' ('soup ducks', as we Dutch birders call them).
I agree!
I love the picture, but somehow the Spoonbil looks like a miniature bird. Is the size of the rainrops and weeds in the background distorted by the tele photo perspective? If the weeds weren't yellow I would have thought they were trees! Nevertheless an excellent picture.
