    This Grey Phalarope appeared on Fairhaven Lake on the 21st Sept 1983. Its arrival coincided with a juvenile Red Necked Phalarope's earlier in the month. The Grey Phalarope gave plenty of opportunities to take photographs of it, as with most phalaropes, it was very confiding.
